G'day Everyone !
After all that banter regarding the Navaid Autopilot.......it seemed to me that everyone was talking about installation methods regarding a Super Rebel...:-(
Does anyone out there have details of how they fitted theirs to a standard / original Rebel ???
(the reason I ask, is that OUR Navaid turned up a little while back......but I've been so busy with Fly-Ins and modifications that I haven't even had time to think about fitting it as yet !)
The Altitude Hold device looks pretty good too !...thanks for the info' Warren !

Navaid Question
Navaid Question
I think Brian has one about a foot behind the mixer bellcrank with a
push-pull tube forward to the mixer.
Sounds like the display on those things also doubles as an electric turn
& bank instrument!

TheHi Ken
If I am the 'Brian' you are talking about, your statements are correct.
boughtNavaid does double as turn & bank. I threw the other one out after I
don'tthe Navaid. I really like it for long solo cross countries. When you
**have someone helping you getting into Class C airspace etc., the Navaid is
an extra pair of hands when you are writing down frequencies & clearances
etc.
