[rebel-builders] SR Part/FUS387??

Thought about making one? Find some thin raw stock (e.g. 0.020). Make a
wooden form using a belt sander. Bend/hammer 0.020 over the wooden form.
Cut small relief slots to enable smooth bend or use fluting pliers
(http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/t ... pliers.php ). Faster than
waiting on Murphy to get you one <sigh>.

Hello all,
Can you tell me if anybody out there has one FUS387 corner gusset? Mis
drilled (oops). Called Murphy, so no response. Please respond if you know of
where I can get one.
Thanks,
Brooks Parton

Do you think that method would work for a windshield? lol I may get
desperate enough to try and form the stuff that came with my kit.

Any chance a Fus-387 is the same as a Rebel Fus-37 quarter round gusset?
Fus-37 is cut into 4 quarter round gussets that make up the curves in
the fuselage around the door opening. I have one or more of those
quarter rounds but they don't seem to have a separate part number once
you cut the Fus-37 in my manual.

Ken,

Fus0037 is for the Rebel and Elite doors, but will also fit the Cargo Door
for the SR Series. Fus0387 is for the main doors for the SR Series.

Cheers,
Jeff
