I am looking at my fast build Moose wings and they already have a large
aluminum doubler in the aft tip rib position that the wing tip service
bulletin calls for W-1030. Looks like you could just remove a couple of
rivets to cut off the rib flange and slip in the stainless steel angle
W-1031, no need to completely remove the existing doubler or add the new
aluminum one.
Has anyone else done this mod or upgrade to fast build wings yet?

SR / Moose wing tip mod service bulletin
I've noticed the same thing on mine. Did anyone ever have an answer to
this question? It looks like the specified doubler already exists.
