We will be using pulleys for the rudder cables at the front and rear of
the doors where the angles are greatest. Also at the floor where the
upper elevator cable from the top of the control column turns parrallel
to the floor for its run to the rear.

Hello Ralph,
As well as the ones you mentioned, I think that I'll add a set of rudder
cable pulleys for the rear most angle change. This is the first set after
the cables enter the fuselage from the rudder horns. I'll attach a bracket
to bulkhead E at the midpoint of the curve joining the side of the bulkhead
to the bottom.
