Rebel 280 and Subaru EJ22 For Sale

Hello Good People!

With mixed emotions I am announcing the sale of my Rebel project. My wife
and I have had many changes in the last couple years, namely we started a
janitorial business and have recently expanded into steam carpet cleaning,
hard floor maintenance, and pressure washing. These ventures have left me
with precious little time for completing the build.

I could use some suggestions for listing these items on and off the web.
Below is a brief description of the project history (I will have more
detailed info and pictures available as time allows):

Rebel 280

1993 - 1994 Originally purchased from factory by Dave R. Anderson;
Completion of Ailerons, Rudder, Elevators, Stabilizer, Fin, Wing Tips

1994 - 2000 Sold to me, Dan Morehouse; Construction of Fuselage with Floor,
Wings with Wet Tanks; Cabin Floor near completion; Spring Gear construction
started

I have installed Float Hard Points and upgraded the Cabin for Spring Gear
and shortened the Firewall.

Here is a price list copied from Murphy's site:

std. eng. cowling* 285.00
hp eng. cowling 465.00

*I'm not sure which cowling I have

1990 Subaru EJ22

Originally purchased by Richard Mater, not sure of date, with no mileage
since automobile had interior flood damage on dealer lot. He fired it up for
15 minutes once and hand cranked it periodically thereafter to lubricate.

1998 Shipped to me and pickled in my insulated garage

Prices and Terms: Sold together, best offer OVER $9,000.
I would consider selling separately.
Various tools may be available as well.

Any suggestions about pricing or anything else are appreciated.
