I have some approximately 1/2" thin plastic washers with a 3/16 hole. Can't find where they go. What are they for? Chapter?

There's at least one that goes between the attach brackets when you install the rudder on the vertical stab.
Can't recall now whether all the empennage hinges need them.
Also, they are called-for when installing the front attach bracket on each horizontal stab (where it connects to the fuselage).
That attachment sometimes needs shimming.

Thanks, someone told me that they were to be used to hold fabric on Ailerons and Flaps, but nothing in the build manual mentioned that.

the fabric is held on with special aluminum washers and rivets....no plastic washers

My washers are marked DRAIN GROMMETS ! you put them on trailing edges of ailerons for sea planes ?????? I guess you can use them for shim / wear plates ???
