A little tail!
My wife had more fun than she could have ever imagined today -- we put the horizontal stab and elevator on the Super Rebel. It only took four hours of swearing and every curved pliers Harbor Freight had on sale!

Re: A little tail!
I hate removing and refitting the stab. Your wife and mine would have a lot to discuss as I spent most of my long build time on my own so my amazing wife had to learn about a lot of things like how to rivet.

YEP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When we got to the bit in the manual where it said "climb inside the tailcone and drill from the inside OUT ..... I took a ruler and measured the width of the tailcone - then put the ruler up against me ............... and then up against Wendy .......... and then threw in a few pillows - and said "In ya get !"

Re: A little tail! WITH PICTURES
Here are a couple of pics I took today. Got everything on with castellated nuts and cotter pins. The black on the front of the horizontal stab is from a Cessna 180. Found it new on EBAY at reasonable price, had to cut it down a bit. Used a 3M product to glue it on. I'm missing my heated shop!
