Subject: Rebel Builders Meeting - Sunday March 18th


It's that time again !!!

The next Rebel Builders of Ontario Meeting is Sunday, March 18th,
at 1:00 pm. at the RAA-TR Clubhouse at the north end of Brampton Airport.
(North-West of Toronto, Ontario, Canada) (CNC3)

Spring is coming (!), and we hope that a few Rebels will be able
to fly in. (Don't take chances, though - it's not THAT long a drive !)

We hope to see more of Brian Cross's Rebel, - and he has a set of the
OLD wing tips to give away, if someone wants them, to fly until they can
upgrade to Dave Fife's Hoerner tips ! ;-) Dave is coming to this
meeting, bringing at least 3 sets of wing tips, and some tail tips,
as well. With luck, he'll have the prototype of the tips with the
halogen landing lights installed, to show !

Maybe we'll get to check out Carmon Titus' Rebel, with its new paint
job, Fife tips, AND McKenzie STOL kit !! There are many nice features on
these Rebels, for those who missed the last few meetings ...

SWING-UP DOORS are the topic this time. Rick Ford will be bringing
drawings of his door setup, and Wayne O'Shea will be telling us about
his unique doors that 'swing BOTH ways' ;-) (Wayne will likely
have his usual assortment of bargain parts, so bring money ! ;-) )
We're hoping Brian Cross will tell us how he made his window latches,
too. If Curt manages to fly in, we can check out <his> doors, too !

We also hope to have several new guest builders, and another draw
for Rebel T-Shirts, or Rebel Coffee Mugs, Rebel hats etc. ....
Should be an interesting meeting ! There's lots of news from the factory,
too !
