Rebel question

Hi,

I have nearly completed my build of a Murphy Rebel, but have run into a problem:

I have the split flap / aileron modification. When I measure the aileron movement I can not get the required 15 degree's down and 20 degree's up. Whatever I do I get the same amount up as down (15 & 15 or 20 & 20).

Has anyone any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong, or how I can remedy this problem.
