Just started to build the seats. I had heard that some seat pans had failed
in the past - tube cracked. Has anyone experienced this and if so, what are
the recommendations to build a bulletproof seat. (other than installing my
Lazyboy:))

My thanks to Ron Stahla for his timly post. I am currently building my seats,
but could not remember where I had seen the article on seat covering, but
thanks to him I was able to look up the article today.
This is a great site even WITH the humor!!!!!

Keith,
Were you already a subscriber to kitplanes, or were you able to retrieve the
articles some other way?...library? I'd really like to see them too...always
thought building the seats was too much of an art-form for me to be able to
tackle in a reasonable amount of time (without too many do-overs...:)
