Amphib tire and tube

Got a flat while taxing for take-off at the Arlington show. Was able to patch
the tube but there is a bit of a slice in the tire. Can't seem to find a suppler
out west that has the CARLISLE 2.80x2.50-4 Ply for the front tire. AS has
the azusa brand in that size, anyone use these?
