Found amphib crash Pitt Lake

Just a reminder to all the new and soon to be new amphib pilots to make
sure you know where you need your gear to be. Looks like he only bought
the plane in April.

What I do is put my gear in the right configuration before downwind, check
it again on final and check it again about 10' off the water.
