Mike,
Off the top of my head, check the springs to make sure they are pulling the flaps all the way back to neutral.

Help. I have the flap system installed and working, however, I can pull
the flap handle on full ( 39 degrees) and its fine when I release to " 0
degrees I goes only to 10 degrees
If I set the turn buckle to get 0 degrees, full flaps only go to 29 degrees
.. It looks as though I'm 10 degrees off.
I'm sure there is a simple answer, I'm just too cold to figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated.

[rebel-builders] Moose flap system
Hey Darryl, yes that was the first thing I checked. Upon further studying I think the spring may be too low on the cabin upright, I did move it down to incorporate a custom doubler for the seat belt shoulder strap. I am moving it up a few inches and will see how this works.
Keep you posted
