the PRC cures. My tanks are completed riveted with RV1410's..top and bottom.
Not an issue, especially on the bottom where you can give them all a coat of
PRC from the inside.... since the top skin isn't in place yet... or is it??
Now you say you are out of 6403's... 6402's are plenty long enough for most
stuff in the fuel tank....

thought I read in my original plans (1988) that the tank was riveted with
1410. The proseal is on and curing...
