Fibreglass rudder tip 818R

Hi again,
Thank you all, Ron, Drew,John,Eric and Curt. Dave Fifes work looks
good but I'll make use of what I've got if I can. Did some sawing, filing
and drilling today and now have the bones of a usefull rudder
tip............if I counted my time it might be cheaper to use the Fife tips!
It's great to know others have done it before, thanks again.

Hi all,
While I've been learning to build a plane I've been a bit slow
learning to navigate......this site! I've just discovered the in box.
Thanks very much Bob and Joe for your input, I'll check out Dave Fifes site.
I already have the Murphy droop wing tips and have completed them,
can anyone compare them with the Fife wing tips? So far as performance is
concerned.
I'm tempted to try something better than the Murphy rudder/elevator tips.

Thanks Cris and all others,
You might like to know I've sent a message to Dave Fife enquiring
about tails tips and also his tail fairing which looks nice on his site. He
might be on holidays at the moment but I hope to hear soon. Cheers Mike
