The 406 ELT regulation was not approved by the government.
The previous requirements for Elt are still in effect, although as we know
121.5 is not monitored.

I'm trying to find out what the current and forecast Canadian 406 elt
requirements are for visiting US airplanes. I have seen on a few different
forums, mentions of a hard requirement this year, then mentions of
postponement. Can any of you Canadians on here help me out?
