Does anyone have any tips on how to deburr the rivet holes on the inside of
the stringer flange?
Thanks,

Roger just use a small file to knock off the burrs flush with the hole. It
shouldn't take more than a minute to do an entire stringer.

common practice, in those hard to reach places, to debur with a file. I use
a fine file with the forward edges rounded and one edge covered with duct
tape to make sure no scratches occur to adjacent surfaces. Works well. Just
take some care not to produce any significant scratches.
