Yes, that is the corner where you need to cut down your baffles as much as you can to prevent contact. When I did my 360, I noticed a vibration on my panel and in the cockpit under high power when I was climbing out. It was fine at cruise, though, and had me "baffled" for a while. Turns out that the engine has enough torque twist at high power with the dyna focal mounts to require a little extra space on the right side of the baffles.
As far as how much exactly, it was basically trial and error. I kept trimming it down until the vibration went away.
