rebel elevator mods

Hi



It's now time for the elevators that the previous builder built, took apart, and re-ordered most of the peices... I have read all the posts and viewed all the files I could find on the elevator mods as well as seen what the previous builder did when he built them, The skin doublers look pretty straight forward, but the rib stiffner I would like a second opinion on. I have attached a picture of what I think would work from reading the posts, would I be better to have 2 rivets attaching it to the tube? Any input would be apreciated.
