Some people put rivets in them some put bolts, I put rivets, it holds
the 2 pieces together little better

I meant to say that MAM instructions are to drill the two additional holes.
Mine (496R) doesn't have the holes predrilled either, which just seems a
little odd since the rest of the holes are already there. Guess I'll just
go ahead and drill them for now.
