Hi Jason
As you're drilling it from the fuselage, use the strong screw down type
cleco's to hold it in place rather than the normal spring ones - I messed my
initial ones up as the holes started going out of alignment when I started
riveting the panels in place after drilling :-(

I used both strecher -shinker and a baseball bat and it did a great job the
strecher-shinker does mark it up but with a scotch bright disc buffed out
sratches.

I tried using my shrinker-stretcher but it didn't work well at all. In fact,
I have had very little luck using my shrinker-stretcher on anything except
flanged parts like ribs or channels. I eventually ended up bending it with a
simple pair of pliers working slowly along the curve. I protected the metal
with a cloth but it still got marked up a bit.

Jason.. I find you need to do nothing but roll the edge nicely to get a good
fit. Possibly a bit of joggling on the underlying tail cone wrap between
each flange first. But absolutely no need to get out a baseball
bat..shrinker etc. I'll dig thru my fuselage build pics and send you a
couple.

Plates show up yet?
