Too bad Wayne is still up north - he has lots of suggestions.
One is to put doublers (1/8" !) on both sides of the float
fitting attach bulkhead, running 6" or so in both directions.
Another is a large, diamond shaped patch on the skin,
covering the attach area, and extending up about 6 or 8"+
onto the side, centered on the bulkhead.
I think I recall Jack adding a section of ST-28 running
diagonally up from the attach area, rivetted to the side
skin, all the way up, as high as he could go ...
Anyone got more ??
