Was invited by Stephane of MAM to post this series of e-mails between myself and MAM. It reads from the bottom to the top. I feel quite foolish for having defended MAM with some disgruntled customers of theirs that I met at Oshkosh this year. Guess I have been brought into the learning curve the new MAM. Maybe a phone call from MAM about their shipping and handling fee and no parts being delivered by mail was in order before it was sent. This is being forwarded for anyone's interest in ordering any parts in the future.

With all due respect, the tone of your e-mails are starting to have a very unpleasant and un-civilized tone.

Before you even mentionned anything, I had already called Greyhound to enquire why they charge close to $25.00, looked at what express post would have charged and consulted with both Nancy and Jeff.

If we had sent this by regular mail with no traceability and it had not made it to it's destination, you would have been aggravated with us....and requested that we provide you with a new part at no charge.

With regards to shipping and handling...we are suppose to take the call/e-mail....retrieve the part....pack it....drive to the deposit/post office for free ? Don't count the time I spent trying to make it right for you.

You can have a credit with us for the difference of price between Greyhound and the Express post....

It sure is nice doing business with you.

You have our blessing to post this e-mail on DCSOL ..... no parcels will leave this factory with regular mail.....there is a handling fee for small orders....we are a business not a charity !
