Try Spruce or one of the other suppliers, or an aircraft salvage yard.
The high temp probe for IFR/Known ice are quite expensive, the low temp probe such as found on many Cessna's 150's on up are in most of the salvage yards in either a 14 or 28 volt configuration. Be sure to get a mount adapter to go with the probe. I thought I had seen some at our local yard here in Sacramento CA.
Mine is mounted in the leading edge to the same rib that the common hinge point for Ail / Flap is located by an access plate, so that I have access to the inside. I added a doubler to reinforce the bottom skin
