the foot, in the USA, promoting (in public) how much was professionally
built. If it's registerd homebuilt/experiental the buyer could very well get
a lawn ornament if the FAA reads your advertisment and make mental note of
it. They and the EAA are working REALLY hard on shutting down all pro built
facilities/aircraft and have even gone as far in recent months to screw with
our Canadian building rules to the point that we can't use any major parts
from a certified aircraft anymore up here to build an amateur built
aircraft.
FAA and TC are both running amuck these days. I just did a Subaru to
Lycoming change over on a Rebel (complete FWF as removed from a flying
Rebel) and the owner took it back to Quebec..resinstalled the wings, did his
W&B and took all the paperwork to his TC office (exactly as laid out on the
TC website for an engine change). "Sorry" they said... "it's not a Murphy
Rebel.. it's a John Bruneau (because he built it) and we need you to show us
STC's for a Subaru powered John Bruneau allowing a Lycoming installation and
all the engineering data that goes along with it...... before we can give
you a new CofA". And I thought Drew got screwed around 2 years ago by the
London office. He got a cake walk in comparison to this cluster f !

Hey guys,
Just listed my Moose on Barnstormers.com.
I also have two unwrapped tinted bubble windows (the big ones, pilot and
copilot windows) for sale.
