Blue Angel? Looks familiar. Are you sure that wasn't C-FOKM going by? :-)

If there was a photo attached, it didn't make it to my computer.

This is pretty quick, so you may have to look a few times. This F/A18 of
the Navy's Blue Angels makes a low pass over the lake.........and.....

Definitely not FOKM. You got N254MR closer to that status yet?

That was some flyby - wonder if it was real or dubbed. So many of these
aviation pics are not quite real that one isn't sure what to believe any
more.

i suspect that one is real just cuz if you go to utube there's lots of
similar but different angle videos from the same fly by.

Closer? Definitely. :-)

Have been finishing up FWF equipment mounting odds and ends today, heat
muff and hoses, reaming control cable swivel grommets. All sensors
arrived last week, EGT's are in the pipes already, and CHT's are next.
All that's left for FWF part of fuel line is the flow transducer. The
A/P is here, the center stack & harnesses should be en route from Stark,
and last I heard from AFS, the EFIS's may be here by end of the month, a
little ahead of schedule.

Still lots to do elsewhere (doors, tips, brakes, windshield, cowl, etc.)
but doing some electro/mechanical is a nice diversion for a bit.

Ron, you mentioned you have a flow transducer. Which one do you have? Gauges
often come with the Floscan model 201, which is OK if you have a fuel pump.
But if you are gravity feed to a carb, you should use the model 231, as it
has a much lower flow resistance.

Sounds like you are making good progress though.

Walter

Advanced Flight Systems (AFS), whose EFIS/EMS I am using, strongly
prefers the fuel pressure transducers offered by EI (http://buy-ei.com).
I have the low pressure FT-90 model.
