Fin Wrinkles

Working on the fin; getting ready to fasten leading edge. Do you flatten
the wrinkles out where the edge lies on them? I can't seem to find a photo
anywhere that gives me a good look. What I have seen appears to be pretty
dang flat. Thanks Craig
