Glad you enjoyed it, Jim. It is definitely one of my favorite routes. Thanks
again for the pics. You certainly have a talent there with that camera.

I've had a great summer of flying, as most of you know, but a couple of
weeks ago I was also fortunate enough to be in Vancouver on a great day and
Walter was kind enough to take me mountain flying. To me it is the reason
that we spend so much time dreaming and building and building and dreaming.
I've up loaded 6 pictures from that trip that I think will give you a good
idea what it's like. They are under Rebel 401 - Flying pictures.
Thanks again Walter.

Cheers

Yes by all means. It will be harder for them to deny receipt of yours as

Sorry to hear Gary, as per most of the other e-mail comments - we don't
really deal with them in this market, but that doesn't help you now.
What is their return policy?
I would be more than happy to forward your e-mail to them with a personal
note about bad customer service, which has probably done more harm their
already bad reputation?
They really can't make the exchange rate an issue these days.

Further to the earlier thread on this commercial operation, I have
completed the transaction with these guys and am less than impressed. In
detail, the VSI was priced at $113US and shipping was $11.07C. The bill
was $158.75 and there was no separate invoice or breakout. I have been
unable to elicit a response from them on my protest of their
charges(approx $30 over agreed). Their fax does not answer and during
the exercise, they denied having received my emails sent to their
published address.

I am considering talking to VISA about these guys and wonder if anyone
else has ever done a disciplinary exercise on a web provider in this
manner?
