Hi Gary, I know that one person left there a few months ago - but I haven't
dealt with them myself. I don't live too far away (20KM) so I'll look them
up and go over for a visit. If you'd like to send me a little more info
offline so I can go over armed it would be good.

Hi Gary, I just talked to Dave Loveman (11:35 local) and he will check into
it for you. Dave has a lady that looks after the orders (who is pregnant)
and he promised that she would call me back today or tomorrow. He answered
the phone at 705-726-8171 a few minutes ago if you would like to give him
the details.

Hi Gary, I had a call back from Lynn Heron who said that the VSI was back
ordered but will be in this coming week and shipped as soon as it arrives.
She was a little perplexed because she didn't seem to have any record of
your e-mail. Her cell phone number is 905-960-7513 - they are not in the
office today but you can call her if you like. The charge will appear on
your credit card at the beginning of this week.
