I used an exhaust system from aircraft technologies which have cross over
pipes into two mufflers and also two heat muffs. Around $1100 us and very
quiet. With the ANR head sets, it's very, very quiet.

There is an article in Kitplanes this month on a foam material
'polyvinyl nitride' which does a good job and complies with FAA
requirements on fire resistance. Does anyone know of a source inlittleMy originals are only 1/16" thick and barely manage to hold snapvents
