My opinion is the owner of that plane should get a different hobby. No control locks, flaps down. Must be some rich boy that doesn't know any better. What a shame.

I find that many Cessna drivers like to put their flaps down, when they're
tied down, for some strange reason. Maybe they think it creates a spoiler
effect...when indeed it makes them fly in the ropes on high gust
days......just bad advise or intuition I guess.
The guy had the right idea with the blocks, instead of plunking it in the
mud.....just too bad he forgot to prop something under the rear keels !
