[rebel-builders] Horizontal Stab& Fin

If they are anything like the Super Rebel that doesn't sound right. The
skins should reach right to the edge of the spar. Can't you line up the
inner structure such that the skins and rear spars line up, then work your
way up? If there is one prepunched hole in each rib somewhere that is
supposed to start the whole process and that's not working out you could
just not use those holes. Line up the inner structure so it's where you
want it and start your own holes in each rib. It has been a long time since
I built those so just thinking out loud.

I am working on the horizontal stabilizers and vertical fin. I have read and

re-read the manual and have not found an answer. Can anyone tell me the
reason for having the main (rear) spars protrude 1/8" beyond the outboard
edge of the horizontal and vertical fin skins?

believe that mine extend past the skins.
