Hello again...

When we join the floor channel bracket (ST-40) to the "A" bulkhead (which is
doubled with another bulkhead and the float attach bracket between), should
we rivet together the bracket-bulkhead-1/4" spacer-bulkhead or just the
bracket with the first bulkhead (I do not like that because I am afraid the
rivet will be in contact with the second bulkhead)
