I fly a REBEL with a 2.2 Soob in it. Plan on a Swiss muffler or baffles.
Because the damn thing sounds like an Indy car and just as loud. Not good for
making the airport neighbors happy. BEST of luck to the both of you on
building and flying you're dream.

Phil,
You're RIGHT about the muffler !!
For those who are going this route, be SURE to support your
muffler at BOTH ends, with rubber & steel straps, so the weight & motion
don't crack your exhaust system. Or at least , if it does crack, one end
of your muffler won't fall ! Many bad things can happen ......
