...starting to finally get some room around here.

All the refurb was done...just needs the puke blue paint off,
repaint and
assembly. Aurele's buddy Yvan St. Germain got himself a good deal
and a nice
airplane to play in to boot. Anyone know where there's a set of
1320's or
1400 floats in the Ontario North?

Yvan on the left, Aurele on the right.

[rebel-builders] Another one out of the nest..

Hey, I take offence, I'm trying to convince Yvan not to touch the paint job.
I think it looks ok and is in a reasonably good state. (Sure, I want to try
and get out of the extra work, LOL). The truth is, he is over 2 months late
picking it up and if he really wants to fly anytime soon, put it back
together and start it up!!!

Hey Aurele !

I'll second that !!! :-) You know what I always say:

"GET IT FLYING !!!

It'll be a loooong winter, with lots of time to tinker then ! ;-) "

(and besides, it's not such a bad shade of blue .... :-) ;-) )

Who you guys trying to kid.... :O) strip it before putting in all that brand
new "glass" I cut for front, sides, rear windows and top skylights.

2 week tops with the right shop and equipment and it should be
stripped/painted and flying!

Besides...by the time you wait for a new windshield.... to replace the brand
new one apparently broken on the way home thanks to Hwy #11.... you can have
it stripped, painted, assembled and probably still be waiting. Hope Nancy
has one in stock!
