Hi all,
Working on beefing up the FWF. I would like to lay several pieces of 5/8 square tubing like that is used in the doors. I can't find a supplier other than MAM anywhere. I have the same dimension tubing in steel, about 2# worth for this job. Any problem with using steel it I paint it up well? Or does anyone know of a supplier for Aluminum tubing. Also looking for 5/8 plastic square plugs to plug the ends of the door pieces, can't find them either.
Thanks,
Mike Betti

MAM is about the only source for the 5/8 having it extruded directly for
them. The guys an air strip over from me tried to source it for their
parasols and even from the extruder and min order was 2000 feet. Can you not
find the square leg plugs at Home Depot? Pretty sure that's where I saw a
huge selection of them or it could have been one of the lumber stores. U
could use the steel tube...but I personally wouldn't go to that extreme
unless it was a last resort.

Thanks Wayne,
I'm going to check HD again. Our store is smaller than most HD's, maybe
that's the reason.
MAM is pretty reasonable for the tubing, but shipping will be about $40 as
usual.
