Congratulations Gerry!

Gerry was kind enough to show me his airplane when I passed through
Saskatoon last month on vacation. It's an airplane to be proud of.

Ditto Gerry...nothing beats the feeling of the first flight. Just take it
slow and "learn" the airplane well before trying any short field approaches.
I've got gear legs to fix on a customers airplane before I can leave again
.....thanks to some "drop in" landings. Luckily no wing tip or prop found
the ground (this time)!
Cheers,
Wayne

Moose C-FISH Flies

Post by Wayne G. O'Shea » Sat Feb 18, 2012 10:52 am

Almost as wonderful as having C-FOKM and C-FUKM !! :O)

C-FUKM was received after a year battle with MD-RA and TC that where trying
to make a lawn ornament out of a C-185 "homebuilt" that was already painted
with a registration mark and after finally being given a flight permit the
owner requested a new mark while he was at TC using small letters on a piece
of paper. He was told.."available"...paid his $110...got the receipt and the
letter for the marks and as he walked away from the counter at 4900 Yonge St
it was "wait...maybe we shouldn't be giving that out" He just kept walking!

Cheers,
Wayne
