Heh heh, tail number, good one!

Now that I've poked fun at our government I decided to check the facts, looks
like I should be making fun of the Brits who were in charge up here when the
deal was cut for not being at the front of the line, not Ottawa.......Well, I
guess it was a bit far from London for them to be too interested!
