We have a need for some information, for some friends (& possibly
myself & Wendy - I hope) ... not the normal Rebel type stuff ..... and I
was hoping some helpful people "up there" could offer some advice !
Wendy & I are finally starting to crawl out of the abyss .... and are
hoping to get started - again (2nd marriage) , and we are looking
EVERYWHERE for a property to invest in.
We are particularly looking at Canadian properties as having great
returns on your investment dollar kinda thing ...
We're currently looking in the Ontario / Timmins area ... but all over
Canada as well ...
Does anyone "out there" have any contact information on any of the
following in Canada :
Lawyers ( for property / title checks etc )
Property Managers ( to oversee rental properties )
Building Inspectors ( to check 'em out before we buy ! )
... ( we'd really like to find some "personal knowledge contacts" - you
know , ... "I have a friend who is a lawyer, property manager" etc -
so we can find people who we can feel more comfortable with - as we are
a LONG way away )
