This certainly has created a lot of interest quickly... it must be the
holiday spirit. This should address all the questions sent to me directly
at once.

I've added information on the main page of the archive site about making a
donation. I've given my mailing address, please remember to send only US
funds, and a button to use PayPal. Clicking on the PayPal button opens a
secure form already filled out for this purpose, you only need to enter the
amount and your payment information.

I had to change a cookie setting on my IE 6 to use the Paypal link but got
it to work.
