My Moose Site
Hi Brent
I had a quick look at your site, keep up the good work, it is worth it!
I'd like to offer a tip on the "bad" Avex rivits. When you need to
remove one you can drive the mandrel back in the hole using an
"automatic" centre punch (in case you don't know, it is a spring loaded
punch). That makes it much easire to get the drill in and not oval the
hole trying to drill off the rivet head.
BTW, our site (www.elite583.cjb.net) documents building of our ...
Elite. Looking at the SR/Moose, the family resemblence shows up a lot
in the way the Elite is built.
Cheers,
Dave R.
