In the fine print you can carry a person (IF) they're there to help
instruct, note parameters, or for safety reasons.

Hi Paul !
Was that 25 Hr. time requirement only for the initial fly-off, or
for any pilot, forever ?? Up here, we need 100 hr. on type (type = tailw
heel),
for the first 5 hours only ...
Surely there must be a better company somewhere !!! I thought I saw
a mention here of somebody in Washington state that was reasonable ....
Anybody help ???

Try Falcon Insurance agency. They carry coverage on my Rebel (now on amphibs)
but I don't know what their minimum required hours are. I had it covered on
wheels for $1400 US at 35k.
