Brad,
I'm not familiar with the "rocky mountain flyin". Tell me where, when, and
what's the program?
Thanks,
Al

Subject: why not rocky mountian fly in

I realize that Sun-Fun and Oshkosh are the big fly-in's but why isn't
there
more participation in the rocky mountian flyin? It's central location and
reletivly short flight from the murphy factory seem to be in it's favor. I
have
been the last three years and have never seen a single murphy plane there.
I know
there are a couple moose builders in the area and I think a couple rebel
builders. I am building a moose and wouldn't mind seeing a flying one
since I
never have. Lancair, zenith and RV all have demo planes there. I am
looking for
motovation to finish my tail kit...........hahaha

This year it's at front range airport (FTG) . I believe it's three days.
It's hosted by the EAA and they have a FEW vendors like US tool and Aircraft
spruce. They do a small airshow and have around 80-100 experimentals and some
warbirds on display. The other kit manufactures give demo rides in thier planes. I
think the Lancair IV pressurized turboprop is about the coolest plane I have
seen there so far.

www.rmrfi.org

is the complete run down.
