Well, the old server looks like it's on it's last legs... and I'm pretty
sure we found the problem the last time we used the new system... so here
goes. I'm sending this message out to the list using the new server. I'm
going to monitor it closely this time, so if a problem arises, I'll kill it
immediately.
For list members who are subscribed in digest mode...
when you send a message to the list now, you must use a different address...
this is because the digest mode is actually managed as a separate list now
with access to the same messages. It's a little confusing, but here's what
you need to do.... send you messages to the following addresses:
murphy-rebel-d@dcsol.com
flying-rebels-d@dcsol.com
rebel-ramble-d@dcsol.com
If you are not a digest member (you get individual messages from the list
server), then you will continue to send your messages to the same address.

You're all welcome! Just thought I'd reiterate that it's all of you who are
doing me the favor though... I'm not a builder... yet. I'll be ordering my
kit on or about January 2nd 2002. That's the day I turn 35, and the agreed
time (with the wife) when I get to order my kit... it also allows me enough
time to save the money I need to do it the way I want to. The best part...
by then I will have collected enough information in the archives for these
mailing lists, that I should be able to find an answer to just about any
question I could ask! Just imagine, as useful as everyone seems to find
these lists, how much could have been gleaned from it if everyone had known
it was here well before they even ordered their kit.
Any way... I'm more than happy to provide the service, and thank you to
every one on the list who shares their knowledge and experience.
Mike
