SR Flap Construction

Any tips out there on putting the flaps/ailerons together?

- I didn't care much for the "on the bottom of the flap rib - drill a hole
1-5/8" in from the spar" then to insert the spar/ribs in the flap skin and
line up th holes with the first set of predrilled holes. -- At least skip
the outer rib holes so you can get the spar lined up with the skin edges
until you can see where it is at. Maybe a line drawn 1-5/8" fwd of the
predrilled hole for the width of the skin and line things up before
drilling.

- Are there any issues wraping of the leading edge skin around the leading
edge ribs and getting the spar line true?

- Also I rejected my first shot at the 4 holes (1/8") in the flap bushing
because I was worried about the edge distance - and my consistancy was less
than acceptable.
