Guess I am too sensitive on this prop thing. The numbers really screwed me
up re: the pitch required on the Sensenich to get back in the performance
area of the Warp Drive. But the data I presented is accurate not
guesstimates. The 58" is probably a good place to start. I was a little
frustrated as after I talked with the Sensenich guys, they told me that the
prop is manufactured at 60" & they bend it up to whatever the customer
wants. So in my case a nice 60" pitch prop was bent to 58" and then bent
back to 60" as it was way too fine for my Rebel. All this stuff costs
money unlike the Warp Drive of course where you try several settings (which
I did) until you got just what you want. Hard to or practically impossible
to make a Warp Drive setting correlate to the Sensenich setting.
Good luck with your airplane!

Brian ! ... I was not "slamming" you .... ( just a bit surprised at the

previous experiences & results !
I'm starting to formulate a picture .... but It'll probably still be a
case of making something "close to what you are all saying" ... and then
"sucking it and see what happens" . (that means "test flying the bugger

Thanks for ALL the info guys ( 'n' gals .... don't want to appear sexist
