Mike, these have been posted to the list recently and are not full answers1. What is the maximum aileron deflection with the standard installation and
full flaps?
2. Are the ailerons reflexed up when the flaps are set in the reflex
position?
3. What is the full flap deflection with the standard installation?
4. How much does the mixer block move from reflex to full flaps?

to your questions. We will be installing our wing very soon but till then
these are the best numbers I am aware of from Brian.
Hi Don,
Ailerons.....15 degrees up, 12 degrees down.
Flap....max of 25 degrees, with 12 degrees of droop on the aileron.
Elevator....I settle for 20 up. 15 down.
Rudder, as much as you can get allowing 1/4" clearance from the Elevator as
it cycles up and down.
OK, now to set neutral aileron, ignore the nonsense in the manual about
building a plywood jig thing......the aileron and flap are in the neutral
position when the lower surface of the leading edge of the flap/aileron (the
flat bit forward of the spar) is level with the bottom surface of the wing.
You will notice the aileron/ flap in this position have the trailing edges
slightly raised...this is the built in 5 degrees.
