Mike small ones are the little guys on C-65's that look like grommets!
On the normal Lycoming rubbers for conical mounts there is a dimension that
you should have between the pad and the large washer on the other side once
you tighten them down. I can't remember the dimension...or where I put the
#....but since you have the steel insert aerobatic 6230's it doesn't really
matter.
If you followed my information/measurements that I took the time to get you
on the 31st...your welcome btw....and bought the same length bolts and have
a big ass thick washer on the forward side of it to retain the lord
mount..then like Ken says TLAR and the cotter pin should drop in the bolt
hole to boot!
