Are you using the CD instead of the manual? I need to get my butt back in
gear one of these days and get back to work on my Rebel. I had thought I
read that Wayne was going to produce a CD for a Rebel build as he did for
the floats. But never read anything more about it. Maybe I am mistaken.
He has fixed/built enough of them I am sure his tips and upgrades would
be included and might make the build process less of a head scratching
affair for us first time builders. But then maybe it was all a dream.;0

These days I refer to the manual so infrequently that I sometimes forget
it even exists. In this case I want to use genuine Lord mounts because
they are supposedly better, offer more dampening etc. I believe the part
# from the manual is actually a Barry part # even though MAM says Lord. I
called Lord and was given the J7402-24 part # to fit the dynafocal mount
with 1 3/8" diameter holes. I suppose that if I can't come up with the
bolt to match these mounts then the one you quote from MAM would at least
be a place to start.

7) Support the engine however you like as long as it will move without

it. Attach the engine mount to the engine with four Lord Mounts
(94150-40),
four AN7-35A
bolts, eight AN970-716 washers and four AN363-720 locknuts.
It then follows with a "spiffy" full color diagram supporting the
statement.
