Hello

Tonight I have pressure tested my right wing tank. Looked ok except a "popup" in
a proseal joint at one top stringer. I have mix some proseal, put it in a
syringue, shoot it in the hole, put the shopvac on the hose. when the proseal have
been suck inside, I have cut the vacuum, and put more proseal. I will wait couple
more days and make a new test. Is there a better tkick?

let the proseal cure for a couple weeks minimum before trying the test I
hope?

No not couple of weeks, couple of days! So better proseal the second wing
before make the second test? Probably 1 psi, I have a gauge 2-15 psi that I fit
on the tank and it was not showing pressure but the latex glove was well inflated!

Don't be so rushed! I leave them for a couple weeks before pressure
testing...especially in cool dry time periods as the Sealpac takes longer to
cure in the winter. Glove inflated is all I was hoping to hear. No need for
a pressure gauge.

I have returned to the shop and seen that latex glove sucked completely into the tank and watched it inflate again after the shop heated up. Don't think it has a leak if the glove deflates. Heat the shop to the same temp and see if it re-inflates first.

Nope....if I go anywhere it will be warmer than Florida.... but that will
only happen if Leah needs a health break. Amphibs to finish building and
install before May, Clamar's to put on White's Elite last week of
April...and many other projects that must be completed before Pickeral
opener on May 21st .....and I want nothing left hanging around here to make
me come back home before October!!
